We want you to feel good about every Seltz order. You can request an exchange or store credit within 30 days from the date you place your order. If the product isn’t the right fit, email us at hello@seltz.com within those 30 days.

Unopened and undamaged products can be exchanged for another Seltz product of similar size or value. Return shipping is not included. Alternatively, we may provide store credit toward a future purchase.

Please note that this policy applies only to orders placed on Seltz.com. If you purchased Seltz through Amazon, TikTok Shop, or another retailer, that retailer's return policy applies. Orders older than 30 days are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
